Because yes — presenting a product or service well is a genuine art. Script your Live Shopping: use the product in real-life situations, compare, touch it, show it, ZOOM IN! Your viewer needs to understand exactly what they're looking at. Gone are the days of the soulless landing page — your customers are counting on YOU and your brand to give them every piece of information they need to be 100% convinced. • Browse forums to identify the questions your customers are already asking. Size, colors, specs, warranties… no detail is too small! Your goal: be relevant in how you create content, and above all, stay as close as possible to your customers' actual expectations.

Because when it comes down to it, the people you need to convince of your offer's relevance and value — it's them.
